Welcome to ty ar gwez (the tree house in Breton!!) Located in the heart of the village of Plogonnec, I would be delighted to welcome you to our fully renovated house.
The house and its 3 bedrooms invite you to a relaxing stopover, in a peaceful setting close to restaurants, shops and the main destinations of South Finistère: Quimper and Douarnenez 10km away, Locronan 3km away, the beaches of Kervel and Saint Anne la Palud 8km away, Crozon is not far away as are the Monts d'Arrée.
Plogonnec is quite simply at the crossroads of discovery in the department, between land and sea!!!
The house has three bedrooms, ranging in size from 20 to 30 m², all located on the first floor. The bedrooms have sloping ceilings. They are equipped with an open bathroom and separate toilets.
The rooms are equipped with very comfortable bedding from the Valentin brand (made in Brittany). The bed linen, the decor, the small amenities... everything has been designed with your comfort in mind!
Access to the rooms is via a separate entrance from the owners' private area. Breakfast can be served inside or on the south-facing terrace overlooking a magnificent garden with trees and flowers.
Breakfast is served on a plate. It is generous and includes homemade and/or local products (bread from the Plogonnec bakery, homemade yogurt, Far Breton, homemade cake, homemade apple compote, jam, local apple juice, muesli, tea, coffee, etc.)

La rétro
La chambre se situe au 1er étage de la maison. Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans la prestation.
la superficie de la chambre est d'environ 28M2. Elle dispose d'une salle d'eau semi-ouverte et d'un WC indépendant.
La chambre est très lumineuse; je l'ai décoré avec des teintes chaudes et une déco un peu rétro chic elle est équipée d'un lit de 180X200 (literie neuve et de qualité), d'un petit coin détente avec deux fauteuils, une commode, un portant.
La salle d'eau est équipé d'une douche avec paroi de verre, une colonne de douche avec ciel de pluie,. Les produits d'hygiéne sont fournis.

The floor area of the room is approximately 20m2. It has a semi-open bathroom and a separate toilet.
The room is intimate and cozy, the green of the walls and the wood of the shelves give it a soft and relaxing atmosphere. It is equipped with a 160X200 bed (new and quality bedding), a chest of drawers and a clothes rack.
The bathroom is equipped with a glass-walled shower and a rain shower column. Hygiene products are provided.
